Transit Times
Orders require 2-3 days processing time and 4-13 working days for shipping depending on your location. In most cases, orders are received in under 15 days.
Import Taxes
The following countries will not be charged taxes or custom clearance fees and will take 3-15 days to arrive: Russia, USA, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Monaco, Austria, Sweden, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary.
In some countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South America, import taxes might be required at delivery. We do not have any control over this, it is required by some countries and usually ranges from $110 to $210 and up, depending on the doll ordered. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. If you are not sure about your countries import laws, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
PO BOX
Please note that we do not accept PO BOX addresses and only ship to the confirmed order address. The shipping address cannot be changed after the item shipped.
