1. Due to the nature of our products, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.
2. If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment. Please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Case might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if you see visible issues on the box.
3. If the product has any issues, please send us photos and we will assess the issue in order to provide a solution, it will depend on the nature of the incident. If the problem was caused by us or our manufacturers we will take care of it.
4. We believe all our products are of high quality and our sex doll manufacturing partners have all been carefully screened to ensure that they comply with the high standards we have come to expect.
